CoPaste Online — File & Text Sharing Platform

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
These terms apply to all users — guests (unauthenticated), registered free-tier users, and paid subscribers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To access features beyond guest usage, you must register an account. By registering, you agree that:
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior toward the Service or other users.
You may use the Service without registration as a guest, subject to the following restrictions:

Guest files are associated with your IP address and are automatically shared with all devices on the same local network. You acknowledge that any device on your network can see and access your uploaded files by code. This behavior cannot be disabled while using the service as a guest.

Payment method: All paid plans are paid via USDT on the BSC (BEP-20) network. No bank account or credit card is required. Payments are processed by NOWPayments.
Files are stored on our server and subject to the expiry rules of your plan:
Expired files are automatically deleted from our storage. We do not guarantee recovery of expired or deleted files. You are responsible for maintaining copies of any important content.
We reserve the right to delete content without notice if it violates these Terms or applicable law, regardless of the remaining expiry period.
You agree not to upload, share, or transmit through the Service any content that:
You are solely responsible for all content you upload. CoPaste Online acts only as a neutral platform and does not monitor or pre-screen user content.
You retain all intellectual property rights to content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant CoPaste Online a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and serve the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. We will not sell, distribute, or use your content for any purpose other than operating the Service.
All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with CoPaste Online are our exclusive property. You may not use them without written permission.
We collect limited data necessary to operate the Service:
We do not sell your data to third parties. IP addresses are used solely for access history, Local Network Share, and guest upload tracking. We use Resend for transactional email delivery.
File contents are stored on our server as uploaded and are not encrypted at rest. Do not upload sensitive personal information, passwords, financial data, or any content you would not want a server operator to be able to read.
The Local Network Share feature allows a file to appear in the upload history of other users or guests connected to the same local network (matched by IP address). You understand that:
This feature is designed for sharing within trusted local networks (e.g., home or office). We are not responsible for unintended exposure caused by enabling this feature on public networks.
Available on Starter, Pro, Business, and Lifetime plans. A Private file can only be accessed by the account that uploaded it — no one else can access it, even with the 6-character code.
The File Manager is available to all registered users (Free plan and above). It provides:
The File Manager data is loaded on demand (when you open the panel) and is not embedded in the page on every load, keeping the Service fast on low-resource servers.
The Lifetime plan includes a maximum total disk storage of 300 GB per account. This quota covers the cumulative size of all non-expired files stored under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if:
Upon suspension, you will lose access to the File Manager and upload functionality. Your files may be deleted. You may request a review by contacting us.
You may delete your own account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated files and account data will be permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup copies of any important content uploaded to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoPaste Online and its operators shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email when material changes are made. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
